We will never recommend this place or never again go back. They steal your money!! They gave me just an oil change and they didn’t do absolutely anything just because, in their words, “the engine is great”. They charged me $500 dollars without any shame. Please don’t go there. Absolute thieves!!! Awful place!!

I was in Orlando visiting family when I experienced a crank / no start on my diesel SUV. I looked up a diesel repair shop with great reviews and it was Griffis Automotive. After speaking with the young lady in the front office (Friday), explaining to her that I was in town from WY, & had to get home, she told me to have the vehicle towed into their shop parking lot and their mechanics would look at it Monday morning. I received two possible culprits for the crank / no start from their mechanics, both came with an estimated cost for both courses of action. I OK’d them to go ahead and have at it, and in a matter of a few days, they secured the new part, installed it, and let me know it was ready to roll. I drove it practically non-stop 2,300 miles back home to WY with 100% confidence in their work, as well as 100% no troubles during the drive across country. 100% professional 100% upfront 100% honest. I’m 100% satisfied. They were even kind enough to put up my windshield sun blocker to protect some electronic modules I have installed in my drivers side pillar. In addition, they even took the time to send me a “Thank you for choosing us” card.
