Would not recommend. They lie about their rates to get you to choose them and then issue a $50 rate increase within the first 3 months. When I called and spoke with Jorge he let me know EVERY storage unit increases their rate after 90 days and its totally normal. I am here to say, Jorge, it's not normal, it's dishonest and fraudulent. Businesses shouldn't be allowed to change their rates without a change in service and especially without any notice. In fact, before I moved to Cape Coral I had a storage unit elsewhere for over a year and did not receive any rate changes. Seems like you cant find any honest businesses anymore.

Well the information you're asking can be received from the business itself. As far as price and things like that. But I had 2 large air conditioned units. All of my stuff was safe and pest free. They do keep a tight ship. They keep the bugs the rats and rodents away. I've never had a problem with them. I recently stopped using the storage units because I no longer needed them. But the whole time before and after CubeSmart took over I never had a problem. The staff is friendly, courteous and informative. I would recommend them to others.
