There is talent in this location. But do not sit In Kentrell Perry's chair! Mr.Perry only jumped on my head because of the cost. I received permanent loc extensions that cost $1800. Two different people worked on my hair, two totally different techniques. I can understand minor differences, but this was major. When I left Locs Naturals and More, after the second day, I wasn't happy. I said to myself, I'll sleep on it, see how I feel. Well Kentrell's side was horrible! I go in a few days later to be told they "think" they can fix that side. Why do I need to have so much "fixing" for $1800? Well days are passing and this itchy scratchy hard hair is looking rough! I can only wear it pulled back, if I wore it too low, it felt like I have a goiter on the back of my neck. Not cool! See the thing is Kentrell wasn't in a hurry to fix my hair, because there wasn't anymore "Stacks" to be made on my head. That's all I heard the first day of seating in his chair, while he conducted business on the phone. Also, I wouldn't have been upset with the times he went missing( at one point he had started another loc extension). If the quality of hair and installation was great. But it's not great. And because Kentell's ego is hurt, he not willing to compromise and refund some of my money. I did not ask for all it back, just some. Mr.Perry said he invested his time, but I felt like I didn't stop him from doing other things, I felt I was a squeeze in. I have an health issue, and that's why I paid $1800. I wanted Locs before I am no longer, but the Locs are in a bag along with the spray that I was given. Didn't make it pass 30 days... I'll just cross them off my list. Disappointment is an understatement.

As soon as I walked in I knew this was where I wanted to start and continue my Loc journey. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this location for all natural care and loc needs. They even cater to needs of children that need services. Crown is my loctician and I've also been service by Selena she's amazing also! I had my original consultation by the current owner Kentrell and he made sure to answer all my questions and made sure that I was confident in the choice I made to start my journey. I appreciated the honesty and transparency of the journey and commitment I was making. 6 months strong on this journey and me to come! This is definitely the location you need to begin!!

I’m new to nc and was looking for a new hairdresser. I live in Fayetteville and drove an hour 06/18/2022 made it here at 9:50 my appointment was at 10am. I go to the entrance of the store and it’s a note saying it’s closed due to a power outage. However, there was zero communication to notify me of this. I received a text yesterday confirming my appointment so why couldn’t I have gotten a text saying your closed. Very unprofessional and disappointing!!
