Worst customer service I have ever experienced at Kay's, the strawberry blonde was the rudest person ever and no customer service skills, I have been in retail over 30 years. And at this point I will go to Zales from now on, guy sold me a ring for my wife's birthday it was to small and they said to size it , it would cost an extra 60 dollars also told me it was diamonds but it was cubic zirconia, never again will I step foot in a Kay's
