Moved in this park 2015, it was well kept by the old owner.Trees were trimmed down regularly. And well maintained.But when new management took over the rent went up so high every year..They only have 1 maintenance guy and do nothing but go around I never see him trim the trees at all.Office never answer calls.

It's a nice community, very nice people, security and it's a family settings, you can buy and put your home on the lot! But sorry you can't rent! Over all 5 stars!!!!
