Nice people but they misdiagnosed the problem with my plasma TV. Gave me a quote for $750 and 4-5 weeks to repair so I took it for a second opinion. Other shop gave a different diagnosis and repaired it for $250 in/out in a week and a half. Their diagnosis fee is cheaper but I’d rather pay a little higher diagnosis fee and get it fixed right/cheaper.

I dropped off my t.v. and got an estimate the next day. Three days later it was fixed. Great service and price. It was cheaper to fix my LG t. v. then to buy another one. Very nice people. They do repair smart tvs. My tv had sound but no picture. They came out to my house and picked up my tv within 24 hours after I called them. They brought my tv back the same day they picked it up and it was working great. Within a month or so I started seeing white spots. I called them back well within the 90 day warranty period and they told me someone would be coming by to take care of it but no one called or came by. I called but now all of a sudden I can't reach anyone. I would not recommend Excell
I'm not sure. I had an appointment to get my tv fixed. They never called or showed up the day of the appointment. I never received any communications after the missed appointment.
