In person was great. Very helpful and great about filling Rxs. On the phone, just ok. They don't seem to care very much about Rx refill orders. It's as if they don't know about anything but giving out the most fundamental answers. Example: today (Sat) some man called me and said, "You have refills ready." Like, I knew that! But it turned out, my order was incomplete. I had to practically force a few Q&As to get details yet no one mentioned they don't deliver ALL Rx refills! I had to find out on my own at online check out, 32 minutes after they closed ...an hour early! WTH? Weird open/close hours. Even more weird was the fact that it's listed as a UPS drop-off, but no one knew how! STILL don't know why they don't deliver all refills! STILL don't know why this pharmacy says it filled Rx doctor order. Online it's listed as filled but it was never picked up or delivered! Had to go pick up one Rx while the store delivered all the rest...the next day! What a mess!

I've never had a bad experience her, whether it was for buying items or picking up my prescriptions. Great staff!

I give them a 2 stars because compared to Walgreens they NEVER have FORMULA Similac Advance. I can go any day of the week and at random times to see which one is the best time to get formula and they always say the truck is getting here at night or it’s running late. Online it says they have in stock sometimes and I go and they don’t.
