Couldn't print my Fedex shipping label or ship my package. Sent me to a different FedEx location. Employee looked like he was trying to go through my phone even after he said he couldn't help me (he took it to scan QR code for my shipping label).

Driver basically ding dong ditched after being sent an overnight package. Husband was in the backyard and the guy had already left by time he got to the door. We were told the package would be available after 1:30 PM. We got to the location at 2:30 and were told that they don’t have the package and don’t know when the driver will be back. Customer service did nothing and the workers were rude and refused to help. Worst customer service I’ve ever received!

Delivery driver came back and took the package after leaving it on the entryway - all recorded on video. No attempts were made to notify of "attempted delivery" and now the tracking information is saying delivery Monday instead of Friday. The delivery is a bouquet of flowers which will be dead by then (should not even require a signature). Customer service is nothing less than horrendous.
