Yes they just changed the name and did some minor renovations. Looks nicer and the sewer smell is gone
Under 21 is allowed in before 9pm to sit at a table and eat. After 9pm anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent and only if the kitchen is still open. to sit at a table to eat
