A ½ hour drive to pick up my girlfriend and daughter. Then another ½ hour from their place to MAC. Only to be told that they didnt do the procedure after 7pm. Mind you we called ahead the day before to double check that they did indeed offer the procedure at that time. We were told yes they would. So 3 hours of my day, 60 miles and $15.00 worth of gas that ill never get back. Please, get your act together. Thanks for nothing...m

Went in for lower abdomen pain, ended up being kidney stones, all the nurses were great, even funny at times, shout out to the nurse who held my hand during the IV insertion..lol.. believe it or not it helped..took some time to get a room, but no matter where I went it probably would have been just as long of a wait, once I did have a room and iv was in I was immediately given something to relax and take the pain away..the pain from kidney stones is definitely real, I haven't passed it yet as of writing this, but was giving enough meds to help it along, overall they did a great job..esp for someone who's not a fan of needles and blood..

I went into mac center today around 12 noon to have exrays done an of course they were busy but after I sat here for HR a lady with small child came when she came in she didn't show i.d like everyone else she went straight back to registration and then within 20 minutes they called her back skipping everyone else including me .nos I said something to registering nurse about the skipping they said depends on the situation an she said her situation was worse then mine I said really nobody was yellingor complaining about being in pain there was no reason other then she knows someone who works here and it's very rude to skip so many besisds myself sincerely Timothy boatman

Got there on 8/19/2022 with my nephew at 8:00 pm. He fell mountain biking and cut his leg pretty deep. After over 5 hours of waiting we decided to leave. They didn’t even look at his leg. Going to Wellnow in the morning.

Yes that is true, no appointment needed. The hours are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday 7-3 on Saturday and 7-12pm on Sunday. Today we are closing at 3pm due to the weather 1/17/21

We have 12 rooms. We are an emergency room, if you need to stay we transfer to mercy hospital
No walk in welcomes but if you get appointment you get taking in first.they are open on Saturdays and Sundays as well open at 7 am.on weekends but go through ambulatory care security guard let's you in.on weekends open weekly through regular door
