I’ve been visiting this store since 2012 and have never had an issue until today. I’m not sure what type of staff they hire anymore but their service is below any conceivable standards. I placed an order online for brake rotors for my car and went to pick it up and when I brought it back and opened it was used rotors that were completely worn and rusted. I took the items back to return it and Julian B. who claimed to be the manager there decided to get into a verbal altercation with me over the parts. I asked them why they didn’t check the products before selling it to me and he said that it was returned parts to which I responded I placed an order for new products and you decided to sell me used parts. At this point he got out of his chair and asked me if I had a problem and was ready to fight over such a simple issue instead of apologizing for failing to do his job. I asked for a manager and his response was I’m all you have to talk to. I asked for my refund since they had no new rotors (which their stock count is inaccurate). He reluctantly processed my refund and as I was leaving he decided to snicker at me with his fellow staff member as I left. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had and I won’t be frequenting this store anymore since there’s an AutoZone across the parking lot. Advance should probably look into their staff and hiring practices if they’d like to stay in business. It seems as if these employees are swapping out return products and taking it for their own use while getting into pointless hassles with customers when they are put in the spotlight.

No, I've found a few that do.
I work for the company and no we do not sell a film. But there is a spray to tint the headlights but keep in mind, it's illegal.
