This place will not do right by you. In what was presented to make a long term customer, the service manager choose not be helpful, customer orientated, etc. Expect long wait times, delays and excuses due to “staffing” as well. But pay $230 for an oil change bc they are supposedly verified.

The manager for service was very unfriendly. They never called me that my car was ready so I called 7 hours after dropping off my car and waited on hold for too long for an answer.

I am conflicted because I had a positive sales experience but my first service experience was unpleasant. I received notification to schedule and I did. I arranged for a ride, left work early etc. But when I got there I was told it wasn't necessary. The two men at the service desk were unfriendly and unhelpful and dismissive of the miscommunication with me. The only respectful person was the man who drove my car out to me.

Having now enjoyed the new XC 90 for almost one week, I am pleased with the interest and service provided by Mohamad and Matt with the purchasing and delivery process. We look forward to a long term Volvo experience.
