They're still open! Just send them an email for updated hours. I just picked up a package on Saturday. Even though hours may be limited they're still very accommodating and have after-hour lockers available.

Should be ok I had the same question hadn't used since covid emailed them they told me it was still valid and as far as a appointment u just have let them know when u r coming not really make an appointment didnt have any problems at all

No fees, $5 for normal packages and large packages can be up to $20usd cash. You get a week to pickup once it is there, you can call to sort extension if needed and new process is to book time for pickup prior to driving down. Hope that helps.

I'm sure if you email them and provide them with proper identification, they can accommodate someone picking up your package for you

We never closed have been open everyday. We waived all storage during the border closure from Mar 21st 2020 - Nov 22nd. 2021 even though the border opened on Nov 8th. If the border close again we will waive storage for the duration of the new closure

They will hold it. It's better that you call and inform them that you maybe late picking up your package though. (If it takes an extended period of time) 👍- or you can have it forwarded to another address too.

A non renters address is an address that you do not pay a monthly fee for. You pay only when you pick up a package. A renter's address you pay a monthly fee for but not for each parcel or storage fees.
