You’ll first need to verify if the email address you’re contacting belongs to a current employee. The email address I corresponded with in the past belonged to a former employee but remained active. It also won’t do you any good to email the owner as he doesn’t return emails either. Once I finally got in touch with an employee they repeatedly questioned the knowledge of my current agent and refused to cancel my policy unless I proved I had current insurance with someone else. State Farm customer service cancelled my policy within five minutes, something this agency couldn’t do in over a month.
