The poor customer service I can deal with because let’s face it, sometimes when someone is really good at what they do they get conceited, but in the case of Jack’s I brought Cub Cadet in twice for the same problem and I paid twice. Now it’s happening again. Do you think I should pay a third time? You probably think no, but they expect me to. I decided I will pay a third time, just not Jack’s.
