This hotel was sub par for me in terms of cleanliness. There was take out food left in our microwave that made the entire room smell awful. And a full 24 hours later, here it sits on the floor by the garbage in the guest laundry area. Disgusting:(

Positive: clean good location Negative: parking infront of hotel rooms. motorcyles were load and motorcylist were talking while sitting on bikes infront of our room window.

The beds weren't great but not the worst. The front desk lady was amazing and very accommodating. I accidently booked through reservations.com as I was in a hurry and was meaning to contact the hotel but the first result was an ad for them. I wish I could rate them as the lady knew what I was looking for but still led me to believe I was talking to the hotel anyway and charged me more and messed up my room as it was too small for our family but the lady took care of literally everything before we were even aware of the issue and brought up extra linens. The service was above and beyond.

The hotel and the room were not clean. Dirty sheets and couch. Staff was friendly but no responsive. Staff spent most of their time chain smoking outside but they were friendly. The free breakfast was lacking food. Find a hotel in Olean instead.
