Waited almost 2 hours and FINALLY was connected to representative who was beyond rude.. I wish i would have gotten her name because she told me she was going to transfer me to another representative but she put me back into the automated system and I had to wait over an hour again to speak with someone so total of almost 3 hours in hold.. Needless to say i was furious.. If this woman hates her job that much i suggest she gets off her RUDE LAZY butt and learn another profession like maybe an occupation that doesn't involve working with the public..
