Dropped in while traveling when our vehicle started making some strange noise and vibrating. They have an Awesome Outstanding Customer Service From start to finish something which is so hard to find anymore. Steve and staff made sure our family was safe to continue our road trip. The customer service was great and the turn around time was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes Friendly, reliable and goes beyond the call of duty. On the way to Clemson and we had tire problems. Thankfully, we were able to make it to Mavis Tire in Orangeburg. It was the end of their work day. The manager (Mr Wayne, I think) took care of us immediately. Didn’t take long at all and now we’re back on the road! The car is riding perfectly!! We appreciate their kindness and ability to take of us!! Also, they have a very clean office to relax in while you wait!

Great experience! My Dad called Mavis first to help me with pricing the tires and making sure I got the best deal lol. Steve was very helpful and courteous. They saw me in a timely fashion and hooked me up! Would definitely recommend and will be going back for my tire needs!
