I have found my hair stylist in Redlands! Heather is amazing. Whether you're more quiet like me or a talker, she will put you at ease. She will let you relax and be quiet if you want to, but will also engage with you if you want to talk. She took the time to ask about my hair and find out what I wanted. My hair looks beautiful, and it's so soft! I wish she could style my hair everyday. I was blown away by the salon itself. Their shampoo chairs are from Italy, and they are literally the most comfortable shampoo chairs I have ever sat in. I could have been there all day. And it's also a massage chair! Could it be any more pampering? Heather also gives you a great scalp and shoulder massage when you sit down before your shampoo. It was an amazing experience. I felt so relaxed. They also use Dyson hair dryers! They recognize high quality products, and give it to their clients. My life has improved so much with this salon, having just moved here! I hope that the other regular businesses I use can measure up to Troux Salon, because now I know what I am looking for in all aspects of daily life here.
