Initial visit was great, technician explained everyting to include scheduling for his return. Secondary Technician did not call or arrive at scheduled time 3 weeks later as parts took longer than normal to arrive but a notice would work, I had to call more than 3 times for the correct info. * Really appreciate this Technician, he was on the mark with any question that I posed at the final visit today. The service took over 30 days to receive all parts due to Covid, but Thanks again.
