My friend took me here and I must say the service was terrible, the entire experience. The massage chairs are loud so I chose to not use it because the noise is annoying. My friend was right next to me and he used his which annoyed me because it took the relaxing out of it. Nails filed like I never seen before and I told her the number of the color I wanted at least 3 times and she still came and put a nude when I chose red. Didn't use a towel with my manicure just got nail filings all over me and then used the towel she was dying my legs with to scratch her leg. Worse nail shop I ever been to. Most unsanitary as well. Needless to say I do not recommend.

I only went here because I got out of work late and this was the only place close by that closed at 8. Unfortunately, I only wanted a shellac manicure so apparently it was not good enough for them. They made me sit at the pedicure chair for a shellac manicure. Not coming back.

Bad customer service they leave customer getting her nails half way done just to attend the new customer.. and rushes with my nails so the other customer won't leave. Do not recommend
