Initial written estimate was $447.70 including front brake resurfacing so we ok'd.After a few minutes later Denise Reaves called to update us ,we needed to replace the front brake drum unablebto resurface and she said it will go up to $600.00,so we ok'd it.When I came to pick up the paper showed $885.00.What a way to earn money,by lying to customers,sad.I questioned her but I don't have the paper estimate with me.one thing we are sure,she said $600 .00 on the phone.Karma is real.Shout out to Denise Reaves,youvare an asset to Barber Honda.
