I was referred to the Internet Sales Manager, Chuck Robison, by a personal friend. Chuck called and texted me incessantly until he got me to come in to purchase a vehicle. I had a pre-approval for financing and asked to use that. I was told I had to submit copies of various documents, including bank records, because it was the law that they had to "shop me" to see if I could get a better rate. They ran my credit 19 times and those 19 inquiries are NOT counting as one. Chuck said that "he had a deal all worked out for me on a vehicle I was going to love," but still ran my credit eight times after he sent that message. I did purchase a vehicle here, but I deeply regret it. I was charged $1,000.00 for a "new Lojack system" that is installed in a USED vehicle and registered to someone else, who can now control certain aspects of my vehicle with the Lojack AND who can ascertain my whereabouts. I am writing this review in SEPTEMBER 2022. I purchased my vehicle in DECEMBER 2021 and Keller Motors has YET to refund me the cost of the Lojack system that Lojack legal department says CANNOT be registered to me. They do not respond to phone calls. Chuck Robison stopped returning my text messages a few months ago and when I tried to reach out to the dealer on social media, they blocked me. I was told by Aaron, the Finance Manager, as well as by Chuck Robison, that the "free warranty" is "bumper to bumper." "Bumper and bumper" is more accurate. The warranty covers absolutely nothing and, despite Aaron's assurance that replacing the bad battery that they sold me the car with would be replaced, (I have text messages from Chuck Robison telling me to bring the car back for a battery, but I had to do it when he was there, but he was "out with Covid" for months afterward) they didn't cover it and I had to pay out of pocket. When I moved out of the area, I requested a refund of the $2,800.00 I paid for the "free warranty" and no one has responded to this request. When I purchased my car, Chuck ripped the stickers off of the car and took some paint off with it. They never tried to make this right either. So, since they do not respond to my inquiries, I do not have any alternative other than to take them to Court over these issues. I should have listened to my AAA guy, who told me not to buy a car there because he's always towing cars back to Keller and hearing their owners complain that the repair isn't covered by the "free bumper to bumper warranty." I hope everyone reading this has better luck there than I did.

The Corporate office is located in the GMC side of the building. Behind the sales office kiosk on the western side of the 1st building.
Keller isn't going to help, you need to go to a auto body shop. Like Borbas Auto Body.
