They are the worst to deal with at move out, they charge you hundreds of dollars in cleaning when at most it would take an hour or two to clean the unit, also threaten you with sending to collections if you don’t pay quickly. Worst part is lived there for three years and they want to charge a full paint on the apartment but the walls were in immaculate condition DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES AND A TERRIBLE MAINTENACE STAFF

Rent here if you like dealing with shady businesses. They sent a fee to collections instead of notifying us. Didn’t get any calls or emails about what or why they’re charging us.
