Whow a franchise like you can afford to keep one employee for the entire store in a busy site like this. Do you think that's the way to keep your customers? I hope that you treat your collaborators well, because that is the only thing that keeps you going.

They have $12 kids haircuts on Tuesday which really helps this working mother out. They are very patient with my children and asked a ton of questions before cutting. For adults the pricing is available at the register where you sign in. Please remember that there may only be two people working so it maybe a wait on some days. They also are honest fron the get go if your asking for something late in the afternoon that they will not be able to accomplish in time for closing. I loved that they were honest and didn't just do a rush job to get the money from the customer.

I went in for just a simple all black dye, and was left with many blonde streaks in my hair. Before my hair was dyed the stylist clarified that the price was 70, and then after everything she said “my manger must have changed it because now it’s 85”. So including tip, we spent a total of 95$ for a terrible job. And MOST IMPORTANTLY there is dye all over my hairline and face, and the stylist failed to scrub it off. The people were very nice but failed to do their job.
