I had originally planned to purchase a vehicle from out of town as it was checking all my boxes. Then I came across the same exact vehicle here at my local Bill Wright Toyota and just had to go see it in person. Well when I arrived, I instantly fell in love with the car. Raj (sales rep) walked out and assisted us instantly. He asked what we were looking for and what are needs were in a vehicle. I explained the situation and that I was planning to go out of town to buy the same car due to very slight differences. Raj was very very attentive and helpful. He offered to speak to management to see if there was anything he could do to try to match our out of state purchase. Well, they did! They were able to provide me with my dream vehicle, at an amazing price, with all of the needed extras and all while providing over the top customer service! I am beyond grateful for Raj and Bill Wright for helping me stay local and providing me with a wonderful experience!

Got ripped off. Horrible customer service. Had to call 13 times and never got any calls back which almost sabotage my AAA pick up and payment. Very disrespectful stuff Rude. Unprofessional including service manager Joey. Very unpleasant experience. Paid $430 for something which didn't even have authorization for. Was asking just to change spark plugs but was forced against my will to do unnecessary things where i already knew what's wrong with car. Also couple of month ago was complaining about stuff didn't top off coolant and also oil was changed twice in a raw and had complaints and nothing was addressed by Toyota service. Feel completely ripped off for money. Also Medka said he will change less than $300 but I was changed $430 which is a fraud and a lie and I didn't give authorization for any work which was going long after I told Medka that I will think and let him know what I wanna do. Complete ignoration and unnecessary work without my authorization. Feels horrible as I was trusting Bill right Toyota

Sorry, no. We purchased a Tacoma truck. All their cars were super nice though, I was impressed with the Camary even though we weren't shopping for one.
