I had the pleasure of photographing Meaghan & Luke's wedding this past weekend on 9/17/22. I've photographed close to 10 weddings at Big Sky Barn over the years, and 2 at Iron Manor. Both of the venues are beautiful inside and out! I worked closely with the venue coordinator Cheryl from the start of the day until the send-off. I have to say she was a real pleasure to work with! She is very experienced and knows exactly what needs to be done! My job as the photographer is very demanding and things change from one minute to the next. Cheryl made my job easier going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during getting ready photos. She was very helpful even offered to help round up the groomsmen and for pics! The food was really good and the staff was attentive to the several spills that happened during the night because these guys were partying HARD!

10/10 would recommend this venue and amazing staff who made our dream wedding a surreal reality. Special shout out to Cheryl who was at my side with a fresh drink incase I was getting on empty all day and night’; Shannon who was making sure the drinks were especially right to keep the nerves down; Shane providing top tier security for the entire establishment and safeguarding the private dance to an elite level… but an extremely special shout-out to every additional team member on their staff that day and the weeks leading up to it, for making every moment memorable and flawless. I can’t think of one need, or aid that was not met or resolved with quick efficiency. Planning a wedding is no easy task, let alone from across the world, or even across the states as my Wife and I are both Active Duty military. We had some troubling concerns at our pre-wedding planning meet up with another team member who shall not be named… which left me questioning if we made a right choice decision. Some over the phone discussions were not initially met, and caused some frustrations for me personally… fast forward to the week of our event and an entirely different team, and different representatives for our event; and. VOILA it was an absolutely different experience. Cheryl and Shannon truly. We’re involved in every detail of the planning, made sure the execution was perfect, and most importantly took care of their customers as if they were one of their own family members. We could not have asked for a better day, better location, better staff, better time…. The wedding I never thought I’d have is now a memory I will never forget. The most important info for all the grooms out there… they will keep your groomsmen room full of whatever beer your request. I assure you my party of military, fireman, and policeman were extremely satisfied with the huge yeti chest. Again I couldn’t ask for such an amazing experiences. The entire team knows what the F they are talking about and make sure any expectations or bars you set in your mind, are shattered! As A Texan Native, y’all reinforced again and again, why planning a wedding in my home state, across the world, was worth it. Thank y’all so much for the caring, good vibes, and never ending support through the most important days of our live. The establishment was exquisite, the professionalism and customs and courtesies were unmatched. We appreciate y’all forever…. Lastly, Shane, I remember most of the night, but you brought a damn good laugh to us when you protected us from our nephews and nieces. Cheers. -Trent

Our day could not have been better!!! Cheryl and Shannon did an AMAZING job with making the day so easy and making sure we were taken care of all day. They felt like part of the family! Not to mention security (Shane) kicking kids out during our private dance to ensure it was truly private (absolutely hilarious).

We worked with Cheryl this past weekend at Big Sky Barn and she went above and beyond for my team and our couple in more ways than one! Not only she did she conduct herself professionally but she was extremely proficient in helping us to effectively conduct our day with no hiccups! We would be honored to work with her again and know that any couple working with her would be lucky to have her in their corner!
