Staff are friendly, helpful, and speedy. Rarely there are extended wait times due to being short staffed. Food is always spot on.

I go there all the time but some of the staff is super rude and super nosy. one time me and my friends went there at 5 and the manager we believed was super nosy and rude. she mentioned something to my dad the next day i went. ofc he already knew and i was just as mad as I was to hear how nosy she was. and the portions are terrible. They have messed up orders so many times. But over all if you get the right order the food and the coffee is super good.

I ordered a peanut butter milkshake and had to wait for 20 minutes when there were only a few customers. I couldn’t even drink it because the whole thing was ice. I should not have to scoop out big chunks of ice into a sink with a spoon. I am very disappointed and mad because the milkshakes are usually really good and they are expensive.
