Fine. Flowers were fresh and delivered. Hoped for something a bit more substantial but okay. A bit turned off by an unnecessary attitude over the phone. Just a little indication of confidence to a customer that I think your daughter will be …My apologies if you felt you were given unwarranted attitude while ordering flowers for your daughter. You began by twice telling me you ordered through us last year and how beautiful it was and how happy your daughter was with it. In that context, I believed you understood our commitment to providing unique floral gifts, therefore the reason you called to order from us again. I was at a loss when you repeatedly asked ‘Will it be nice’ after telling me twice the first one you ordered was ‘beautiful’. Of course it will be nice and, therefore, an unanswerable question. I am again glad to see you were satisfied with the $75 arrangement we sent filled to order. It may seemed less full to you, but the roses, hydrangea and dahlias are premium flowers in an upgraded vase(rather than a stock vase, at your request). It was our pleasure working with you again and happy your daughter was satisfied.
