The drive thru line was long and it wasn't moving don't know what the workers were doing but they weren't working. So I went somewhere else.

I visit this Bakers location quite often due to its location to my schedule. NORMALLY, everything is great but today when placing an order, the speaker was barely able to hear .I asked the employee to speak louder then proceeded to place my order. The voice got louder as I was unable to hear what she was saying. Then it became unacceptable. I replied that the volume was not enough to hear and this caused her to basically yell my order. I agreed to my order and proceeded to pull up. My young daughter said immediately that I need to complain.

Spent literally 16 bucks for 3 tacos a drink and fries and requested no lettuce and got lettuce smh
