Would not recommend this vet. Sadly we tried to set up new patient during first while of covid pandemic outbreak while having a urgent health issue. We were charged some $1200 for her ear infection not even cultured to find out root cause. this is supposed to be a holistic vet? Which was one main reason why I chose them also mobile which is second reason why I chose them. Right off the bat they weren’t doing mobile because of Covid which makes more sense to do mobile outside of someone’s home not in your vet clinic. Seems like easier sanitation? We were charged for things we did not authorize. We were told someone would call us to discuss treatment before proceeding, they did not call to discuss or authorize. We only received the phone call that she was done and ready to be picked up. We got a $1200 bill. Our initial estimate mind you was $500. That was going to be to clean out her ears and pack with 30 day medicine under sedation. When we were not happy with this and we called to try to understand what was going on we were not given any apologies or courtesies or for that matter or a viable explanation. The vet was a very defensive and said this is why I wasn’t planning on taking new patients during Covid as if we did something wrong! No kindness or I understand that we made an error let’s see how we can make this right. No none of that we were given excuses we were told we had to do a follow up so when we asked for an estimate after they were upset with us for not being happy we were quoted up to $600 in addition to the $1200. The ear condition or issue came back was not resolved with the first $1200. It could have and should have been handled differently you don’t give somebody a $500 estimate and then bill them $1200 and then tell them you didn’t culture it (That’s an extra $250) that the 30 day pack should have resolved it. After the way we were treated of course they knew if they gave us a high quote for the 30 day follow up we would not be returning. Since their quotes end up being double there was no way that was happening. This vet claimed to be caring and holistic. No thank you

I know they do baths and nail trims for sure. I can't tell you how much they charge. They are good and practice natural medicine too on top of traditional. That being said, if you are looking for the cheapest service, it's not here.
