The cell service in this town of Lompoc is the WORST

My husband and I walked in yesterday to a very busy T-Mobile store. We were in the process of changing carriers from Verizon. Long story short, Seni, the Store Manager, has the patience of Job. He was there to great us and to ensure that someone would take care of us. This man had eyes and ears everywhere. He was being pulled into so many different directions, I was amazed that he was attentive to every single customer that walked in. As it turned out, Seni ended up taken care of us. Maybe looking back he might have wished we were helped by someone else 😀 I had created extra trouble for ourselves, However in the end everything worked perfectly thanks to everyone that assisted us yesterday. Seni, Joey, Andre, Young lady with the long beautiful orange nails ( I’m so embarrassed I forgot your name! ) the dynamics of the crew is what makes this store run well and the respect they have for their boss and company is evident. T-Mobile, these employees that work in the Lompoc branch deserve a praise. Btw, Taylor I hope that chicken was delicious. Respectfully, M & D
