I worked for Maxim Healthcare faithfully for about 6 months. Do not trust this company. As soon as I started working something didn't seem right. I can't tell you who my supervisor was, or anybody else's position because they will only text you. And if it's the weekend or after a certain time, they just send out an automated text saying to try again on a different day. My patient had no legs, was in and out of the hospital, and sometimes I needed to ask them something serious and I had no support. I had direct deposit on some online bank app. I've never seen a pay stub. I realize I should have realized earlier but I was working 10-10 everyday and me and my fiance were saving all that money for an apartment so I didn't check it all the time. In the end, I got payed for about a month of work.. this wasn't the first time something happened that was so unprofessional it made me consider quitting. It was just the last.. they know that you form emotional relationships with your patients, and I didn't want to leave her.. This company is corrupt and unethical. now it has to become a legal issue, and my attorney is advising me to press charges. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES THAT I DID!
