It’s funny because I walked into an Albertsons the other day when I was north of town and it was the exact same thing. Ok thats fine i can understand merging companies but having two store names for the same thing. I mean same thing down to the announcements, “application coordinator please check the application” or whats the other i hear every visit, produce department 2,,,,,0,,,,,0. The only thing different were the prices. Tom thumb had hot dogs on sale. Albertsons had the same hotdogs on sale and buy one get one free! Everything was pretty much cheaper. Hmmm

This particular location has definitely gone downhill over the years. Customer service used to be great with friendly staff that was both efficient and attentive. Today when I went to the store, there was an error with the cashier and the manager was noticeably upset to make things right and continually expressed her desire to not be helpful to either the customer or the cashier. Cashier was apologetic and tried to make things right and the manager continually made it difficult for everyone else involved. Will not be going to this location for some time, maybe never again. Treat your employees and customers with more respect.
