Poor nursing protocol. Patient care not a priority. Building needs serious updating. Uncomfortable old beds not good for patients. Poor sanitary practices. I am surprised the state allows this place to remain open. It is a disgrace on so many levels. Incompetence, inadequate staffing, inadequate housekeeping and supplies .

This facility is horrible and no one should subject their mother or father to the care of these people! I would give this place a zero had it not been for a few staff that do care and work hard. This place is dirty and old and the furniture is also horrible! Those pictures are misleading. If your insurance will no longer pick up the cost of your stay, they will try to take your entire monthly income. Post analysis - Dirty Facility (floors not swept or mopped daily AIDS do not flush toilets after a patient has finished Dirty diapers left in trash cans in bathroom Poor communication between shifts Poor staff attitude ( there are some that are very good and caring) Will exhaust ones funds for poor facilities and service If patient explains there is a better way of doing something it is usually ignored No family training or overview/instructions for home care (paper work with diagrams are not enough) Never scheduled the Rheumatologist visit No clear instructions for the Myositis treatment...was more concerned about payment (so insensitive!) This place needs to be shutdown - just go there for yourself and see how filthy this place is! The pictures they have on this post are not accurate at all. My mother was there a month ago and I have seen it up close and personal.

If I could do no stars I would! This place is the worst! Never will any family member of mine be placed at this facility. I will be filing a complaint with the AG.
