Terribly unprofessional. Waited 3 months for scheduled appointment and showed up for the appointment yesterday and was told the appointment had been canceled and I needed to re-schedule. ???

Worst bedside manner ever! Uncommunicative, rude staff. I asked for a biopsy of the skin on the back of my hand. Should have required only a small piece of skin, but he pulled out a razor blade and sliced off a piece larger than a quarter that took two months to heal. I will never go back. See anyone but this quack! Recently had a recurring mole on my face. Primary doc wanted to refer me to dermatologist. I told her ANYONE BUT HIM! Said she’d heard that before but wouldn’t put it in the notes. I told her she should. Shouldn’t send ppl where they’ll be unhappy.

After continually being rescheduled, not faxing my prescriptions to my pharmacy and the last straw was showing up for an appointment only to be told that dr wasn't in that day even though I received a reminder text two days before... I finally decided to find another doctor. Doctors need to realize, their practice is nothing without a good staff.

This used to be a great office to go to. I've been bringing my son here for the last 4 years when he had a gnarly diaper rash. The physician assistant there at the time was amazing. I took my son in for a rash on his face we've been fighting for almost a year now, since Covid has started and this last time I went in with my 4 year old and 2 year old in tow, I was informed that we weren't allowed to the back due to their current covid policy that only allows the patient and parent in the back. I was never informed of this policy and it reduced me to tears because my son was sitting here with painful blisters in his face and offered zero compassion from the staff. I asked the receptionist to ask her manager if an exception could be made and was told no because if the exception was made for me they would have to make it for everyone else. I then asked if they would ask the provider who we were scheduled to see if she could make an exception, after waiting in the lobby for over an hour while multiple people came in and out putting myself and my children at risk, the physician assistant came out and gave me a nod of approval. We were finally allowed to check in after seeing a patient walk around the lobby without her mask on and told nothing. Once in the back, I was chastised for not following a policy I knew nothing about. The communication with the front office staff is poor and it left me reduced to tears because I felt helpless for my child in that hour of waiting and I felt disrespected as a person due to a lack of communication and being blamed for it. I've been bringing my toddler with me to appointments for the last year and was never told anything about this policy. Oh and the blisters on my child's face was caused by the medication he was prescribed by the physician assistant but was blamed on his use of fluoride toothpaste. I'm hoping this skin condition will resolve and our follow up will be our last visit with this practice. No one should ever be made to feel the way this doctor's office made me feel.

I saw him yesterday and he seemed fine to me.
You would need to be examined by the doctor to get medical advice. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon.
