I moved in on April 3rd 2019. For me it's within walking distance of work. Everything you need is also within walking distance but is a little over priced. Living in Rittenhouse Square and right around the corner from the park is a plus. For the most part the other residents are very nice. And being a part of Project Homes Kate's Place has anything you need to help you with other issues from drugs and alcohol to mental health. To some it could be a little high priced but for me it is worth it.

They are basically 2 r00m units sleeping area and bathroom its small but comfortable and 1 kitchen on floor that everyone share with cabinets that you have keys for to lock up your food rental is based on your income there are people her that get ssi that pay maybe 3 or 4 hundred dollar a month
Im not sure what the question is. I know there's several different reasons why people get in or get turned down. Contact the property manager she could tell you why.
Income based
