I moved in on April 3rd 2019. For me it's within walking distance of work. Everything you need is also within walking distance but is a little over priced. Living in Rittenhouse Square and right around the corner from the park is a plus. For the most part the other residents are very nice. And being a part of Project Homes Kate's Place has anything you need to help you with other issues from drugs and alcohol to mental health. To some it could be a little high priced but for me it is worth it.

Im not sure what the question is. I know there's several different reasons why people get in or get turned down. Contact the property manager she could tell you why.
