The Best time to go is right after a holiday weekend. You get the benefits of holiday pricing, but the large crowds have left. We arrived on Labour Day and were there for 3 days. The rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. The only thing I would recommend is, when asking for the Ocean View, ask it there is any foliage blocking the view. But, can't beat the location. Pier is within a 3 minute walk, as are restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed here. We got the owners suit. Kitchen, living room, big bathroom. The bedroom room is nice. Big patio with full view of the beach.

This place is lovely, the staff are friendly, the grounds are clean and even the breakfast (7-10am) was good! For all to use they have: (see pictures attached) 1. a putting green with 3 separate holes, 2. A giant checkers set where the board is on the cement, 3. A ping pong table, 4. Swimming pool/spa 5. Two outside cantilever umbrellas and sectionals one with fire 🔥bowl) and 6. Corn hole

There is a small parking building on premises where you may Park 1 vehicle per room. You may Park a trailer motorhome or any vehicle on the nearby Avila Beach Drive. The main road into town. It is about 150 yards away. The law allows overnight parking as long as the vehicle is not inhabited like a motorhome. You may also park on the street in Avila Beach if you can find a parking spot. Unless you want to walk quite a way you must arrive early before 9am or late after 7pm, in order to find a spot. (Later on Summer Fridays)
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property. There are other hotels in town that allow pets but they are not as tranquil and nice as Avila Lighthouse
This hotel is very nice and its areas are very clean, I recommend it and its invitations are very nice
