My first impression of everything was great, I loved the explanation of the amenities. Something I always worry about when apartment hunting is discrimination as I am 20 and POC, Kristen (our touring agent) created a very welcoming and positive environment and made the experience unforgettable. We have decided to go with pembrook and we are excited to join the community!

Terrible customer service here. They never answer the phones and only one lady inside office. Some buildings smell of weed walking past glad I didn’t move here I gave them my application along with 290 bucks and didn’t get approved because they did not know what they were doing and were backed up it’s does look nice there but looks are deceiving
