Yes they are
They are great, please check out my review. They allow limited outside dining and take out. They provide table mats and bibs and the food is just as fresh as if you were eating there. The restaurant has plexiglass blocking the entrance so you can only exchange money and sign your bill. They bring everything to you and all the food and utensils are placed far away as to not get any contamination from customers going in. Only 1 customer in the restaurant at a time.
