Disappointed is an understatement. Constantly out of items, “refrigeration issues”, and empty shelves. I started going to the Grand Prairie South location and don’t experience these issues over there.

We recently moved to Mansfield and were excited to have a super target right up the road. Disappointment is an understatement. It’s the most empty, under stocked target we’ve ever been to. We literally drive 30+ minutes south to Waxahachie that is always stocked. Mansfield thus far has also never successfully filled a pick up order. There are always things out of stock minutes before I pick up. Very very mediocre service too. Just wish they’d step up.

Let me start by saying I'm a huge Target fan. But after years of this, I finally had to say something. I prefer(ed) to shop at Target over its competitors and on top of that its very close to our home so very convenient. But my god they cant keep the grocery side stocked. It's laughable. Like isles of bare shelves laughable. I gave them benefit of the doubt during covid, but they just haven't recovered. Simple things on my list, I typically leave with about half because they CANNOT keep the grocery stocked. And I mean simple things people...Hamburger meat, potatoes, cheeses, spices, milk, plasticware, paper plates, etc etc...Its literally a crapshoot. Every time I walk in there its almost comical how empty all the shelves are. Again, during Covid I get...but its September 2022. Other Targets don't seem to have this issue. Its a real shame, my wife and I now just don't even bother anymore and drive further to the grocery stores.

Product availability for common items gets worse every day. Last 3-4 times I’ve tried to include smoked turkey in my delivery order they’re always out of stock. No decent substitute for the good brand either. Staffing is very bad as well. Called the store and the phone rang so many times I was eventually disconnected. Have never used delivery and gotten everything in my cart. At the last minute I get a notice a product is out of stock. C’mon target do you not have a responsible store manager?
