Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I called over multiple days trying to track a certified letter. One day I repeatedly called over a 30 minute period (around 3pm on a Wednesday, let it ring until disconnected then immediately redialed) and never got an answer. A couple days later, I finally did get someone I was told letter is lost and that’s it. They said USPS records don’t show it as certified, yet there’s a tracking number that shows no activity since it was received. Typical government service at it’s finest.

They have on two occasions now lost mail with checks in them. Everything else makes it to me just fine.

Nice Post Office the building look great. The people are doing a great job. Just wish company would learn how to package item. You can't but a small item in a big box with no padding and expect it to make it. I know it's not the Post Office fault it's the people who don't know how to package their items.
