First timer, the game was enjoyable but the cars are all different speeds and some racquets were broken detracting from the experience. I would consider going elsewhere in hopes the equipment is better maintained.

The Plano location lost our reservation and this location messed up our reservation time. The team lacks communication altogether. We had a youth event scheduled for 1 hour total. It was to include both courts and laser tag. We show up and they inform us that there are only 4 laser tag sets working and we had 40 people. Needless to say it was a very big disappointment that we still paid for. They gave the kids game tokens to play the arcade but a lot of the machines were broken and it wasn’t a valued replacement to laser tag.
