Moved to Kent county DE from the NJ/Philadelphia region and had a very hard time finding good pizza, this is the best I have had in the surrounding area. Will be my go to pizza place from now on.

This was the BEST PIZZA I have ever had. I stopped here with a group of cyclists for lunch on Columbus Day weekend, and I didn't have high expectations. I ordered a simple pizza (mushrooms, olives, and onions), and after a while, the waitress brought out perfection. The crust was thin, with a thin layer of crispiness on the bottom that I have encountered but rarely. The amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings was just right, and that crunchy goodness lasted for 7 of the 8 slices, which I shamelessly ate. The guy who finished off the last piece also liked it. I'm going to lobby for this stop the next time my group is in the area.

Absolutely amazing homemade Italian food in the most unexpected place!! Worth the detour off the freeway to stop at Carletto's. A beautiful experience, start to finish!!! If I am ever in the area again, will definitely visit this spot for a meal!!
