Pre ordered 2 Onam sadhya and called and confirmed twice. They confirmed food will be ready around 1-1.30 pm. Went to pickup on the day at the said time, food was not ready. Had to wait for almost 2 hours to get the food. And in the meantime they were giving sadhya out to people who had ordered more quantity. We had our sadhya in the evening. Just ruined the whole experience kids had already lost their appetite. Did not receive the advertised items for the sadhya. Will never be ordering from here.
