Not really satisfied with the customer service here, the two men that were working on this day kind of ignored me and my mother-in-law when we stopped in to purchase a few things for my husband. Didn’t ask if we needed help, didn’t ask if we found everything OK, we wandered around the store looking for what exactly we needed and it took us quite a while when they could’ve said something. I understand that they were checking people out and getting parts and answering phones but there was several times when we walked up to the counter to ask a question that they just basically ignored us. I will go across town to the other O’Reillys where they treat women with more respect., The one on Rogers treats you just like everybody else and I love that about them
