Almost every time I go into this Kroger store, I find things that have been expired for days, weeks or even months! Tonight I wanted to buy some salad, but there was hardly anything on the shelves, however, there were 13 Chipotle and Cheddar salad kits, which all expired on September 29, 2022, and today is October 1st! Given the fact that the stock was low, one would think they'd notice the ones that were expired.

I always have a great time shopping at one of my favorite places to shop for groceries as well as summer item and nessaries!!!! Sometimes I may need to go to customer service to return an item or buy my lotto license tickets...lol 🤔 everything I visited there I encounter this beautiful energy and customer service associate. Her name is Farhanna she is always pleasant and happy to provide great services to each and every customer I watch her encountered. She always wear a mask but you can bet your bottom dollar that she is smiling her eyes say it!!! I am so happy when I need to go to customer service desk she is there. She always acknowledged each customer as they walk up to let them know she noticed them. Even if her line is long when it's your turn she apologized for the wait. I know you may say that's her job she supposed to do that but not everyone does it. So I wanted to encourage her on the great customer service she gives each and everyday. Thank you Krogers for hiring such an awesome employee. Very happy customer Martha

Delivery from this store is terrible. They keep sending me the wrong kind of soup. When I contact them with the problem they send me a form letter apologizing ( I think they are automated form letters). I told them I want them to have someone deliver my soup not apologize. If you make a mistake, fix it. They also frequently say they don't have something in stock so I checked on it by going to the store and found it on the shelf. I think they are just trying to jam as many delivery orders as possible out the door. The pandemic is no longer an excuse. It's over ! Now I'm on crutches so delivery is my only option.
