I have not been with Pet Vet very long but I can honestly say I have found a new vet. I really appreciate the way they take care of my Pugs!!!!

My dog T Bone passed away almost 2 weeks ago. We took him to Pet Vet to get him euthanized because he was old and standing on his last leg. The entire time we’re there going through the grieving process there was a grey haird women with long hair who was absolutely rude and smacking my dog hard as hell when he has passed away. She was making fun of us and cracking jokes about our dog dying the entire time we were there. She had absolutely no sympathy for my family while we were there, I’ve never been so disrespected in my entire life. Please fire her ASAP she was unprofessional and very rude and careless about the emotions and thoughts of others during a time of grief. We even asked her to leave the room and she was laughing and cracking jokes while hesitating to leave. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

We love bringing our dogs to Pet Vet! They always do a great job grooming our babies. The vets and vet techs are wonderful and they really look out for their well being.

Our Grooming Salon requires an appointment. We always recommend making recurring appointments to avoid longer wait times. We do offer a cancellation list that we call when other clients can't make their appointments. Nail trims are done as a walk-in, no appointment required. For all grooming and nail trims, pets are required to have proof of Rabies Vaccination.
There is also a flea spray and dip that work great too. This year the fleess seem to be buckets full. I also have my yard sprayed by TruGreen and the combo is a devastating effect on the fleas. Its gonna take three months to break their life cycle to get rid of them. I also apply the once a month flee stuff on their backs and with all these working together, the cycle was broken. I still apply the Mexican on their backs to keep control of the fleas. It's alot of work, but with it in the end.( Dawn regular dish soap is a great flea killer, I do this bath before applying the back medication.)
PetVet in Midwest City, OK has a clinic coming up for the shots half price. I am uncertain on the dewormer. The spring clinic is March 14-16. Lots of specials on meds during that time too.
As a precaution, we always advise to consult a veterinarian. Dr. Kim or Dr. Fruitt at Pet-Vet Animal Clinic would be happy to examine your cat. If you'd like to try something over the counter first, we would recommend adding more hydration and fatty omegas into their diet - for example, wet food and salmon oil.
Hi, Desiree! If you haven't been here before, you'll need an Office Call, Exam, Rabies and Booster for both pups at $60 each. We don't carry Nexguard in our clinic, but you can order it with a prescription through our online pharmacy system - petvetsupply.vetsfirstchoice.com - or, we can prescribe Bravecto or Credelio, which are comparable products that we carry in-clinic. The best recommendation we have for cats is RevolutionPlus which protects against fleas, ticks, heartworms, and intestinal worms.
Yes, we will! We always recommend bringing rabbits at the end of the day when the majority of our grooming dogs have gone home so it's less stressful for them. We love rabbits... brace yourself for a LOT of "awwwwwwwws"!
If you call and speak with the groomers they can tell you. It varies so I don't know pricing. I do know they do a good job and my animals come home happy.
You can walk in but you may have to wait.
Hi, Genie! Yes, we offer dental cleaning in our Animal Clinic and teeth brushing in our Grooming Salon. From what you're describing, we would recommend scheduling a Dental Procedure, starting at $150. Nail trims can be done any time on a walk-in basis for $14 with proof of current Rabies Vaccination. Bathing depends on breed, size, coat and condition... but we do offer bath specials for smooth coated dogs on Mondays and Tuesdays. Call 405-733-2283 for more information.
Hi, Hannah! The only thing we carry for small animals are crickets.
prices range, I think it's 60 for just a visit.
Hi, Michelle! Cat neuters start at $65 and spays start at $160. Call 405-733-4649 for more information or to make an appointment.
Not sure on that. My last dog i took there as the "last patient of the day" was a Rott mix. Best to call.. I'm sorry that you are having to make that decision. Dr Kim will make the room e as quiet and comfortable as possible and give you some time to spend with your furbaby thru procedure unless you ask not to be in there. I have always hugged my babies thru it ( crying)
Yes, need current rabies tag
I think it's 8-10 dollars a dog.
