Rude and unprofessional owners. I’ve gone here several times in the past and loved it. But now they are unorganized and demanding. I’ve Made an appointment, and when I showed up they said they didn’t have me on record.. even when I told them who I talked to and my call history. They were not willing to help me. The following week I walked in to make an appointment, they told me nothing is available for the next few days. So I walked out. I thought that was weird, since only the staff was in the building. I called 5 minutes later and they had multiple appointments available for that day and the following. I booked 2 massages for the next day. After our appointment I tipped $10 to each masseuse at the counter and the owner was demanding me to tip more money, stating this is hard work. This made me very uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. This place has gone down hill. I Will not be coming here any longer and no longer recommending this establishment.

This massage place used to be really good. The last 3 times I've been here have all been different. They all have different techniques. None of the guys follow the ancient foot technique, are sloppy and uneven. One of the men were falling asleep while massaging me. The lady used to be really good, she used to hit all the right spots and right pressure. She even used to do the ancient foot technique. This last time I went, I had gotten a guy I haven't seen before. I felt like he was playing a pressure game at the end of my massage to see how hard he could do it until I said it was too hard. He also worked the right side of my lower back, but not the left. I felt like he was trying to detach my muscles at one point. 2 stars for the cleanliness.
