Sit in the waiting room for hours, they check you in and make sure you get registered, so they can bill you while you sit in the waiting room! This hospital is so slow, and no one can give you a time frame of when you will be seen!

Just returned home from a Munson Medical Center stay for emergency spinal surgery. I cannot say enough good things about the many staff members who cared for me from the Emergency Department, through surgery and recovery. By far the most caring, professional, and thorough group I have ever received care from. Barring a few frustrating waiting periods, nothing could have gone better. That said, with the volume of patients this facility sees, I don't think it was unreasonable or excessive. I would not hesitate to return in the future for mine or my family's needs. A huge thanks to everyone who made such a trying time so much easier.

Always 4-8 hours to be seen. Seemingly unaware and undertrained staff. Possibly just burned out. Constant miscommunication. It's worth a drive to another hospital. Even if your dying.

This hospital is a disgrace to this community. I took my friend in today at 4:30 pm, complaining of chest pain. He has a history of heart and circulatory problems. After 4 hours of his waiting in a bed, in the ER hallway, he was never seen by a doctor. I understand that staffing issues may be the problem, but where is the practice of triaging? At 8:00 pm, still no doctor!
